Action commenced September 29, 1944, by Curtis J. Nelson for damages allegedly caused by the negligence of an agent of the defendant, Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company. Judgment entered April 28, 1947, dismissing the complaint. Plaintiff appeals. On June 24, 1943, plaintiff, Curtis Nelson, at the direction of his employer, was to haul in his employer's truck certain livestock belonging to one Hottman. The cattle, including two bulls, were in the defendant's stockyards at Arena, Wisconsin, and were to be loaded and transported to Sauk City, Wisconsin.
